DTL's Research Center

Darmantest Laboratories new Research Center was built primarily to conduct Bio-Equivalence Studies.

The facility can comfortably house up to 50 people, with a large recreation-dining area, bedrooms, showers and a state-of-the-art medical office.  The Research Center is also equipped with Wi-Fi for those who want to surf or work on the Laptops.

Being our guest

Part of a Bio-Equivalence Study, requires our Study Subjects to stay at our Research Center for a period of 2 to 3 days.  Our studies are done on weekends, as much as possible, so as not to interfere with your week day work, schoold or other activities.

During this time you are our guest and our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Socializing with the other Study Subjects, during the few days that you will be with us, makes your stay even more pleasurable, for that purpose we have built a large community/dining room to gather, with comfortable seating where you can either read, watch satellite television, surf on your computer, play games, review magazines and newspapers, or whatever you would like to do (within reason).

Meals

Good food is a prerequisite.  All meals are included and will be served by a restaurant that we have contracted with.  The menu's for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are preselected for nutritional value and tested by our DTL staff for quality, taste.
DTL's Staff

The quality of any company or business is dependent upon the quality of its employees.  For this reason DTL has put together the best people we can find for each of our departments.  There are separate teams conducting the laboratory and analytical work, another team of doctors and nurses conducting the clinical portion, a statistical team and the administrative team.

Education is only one part of our requirements for our employees.  Quality orientation and professionalism are also prerequisites in the selection of an employee at DTL.  DTL's laboratory and analytical employees have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and in most cases, Masters and Doctorate degrees.    Our clinical staff includes Doctors and an advanced level nursing staff.

In addition to their regular higher level education, all of DTL's employees are required to take additional advanced training and courses based upon World Health Organization criteria and programs.  DTL's staff, over the years, has so far  traveled to the U.S., Canada, France, Italy, Germany, Georgia and India, with more to come.

In order to work at DTL all employees must follow U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and/or European Medicines Agency (EMA) regulatory guidelines, which is unique in Armenia.  This means passing advanced training courses in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) is mandatory.  Finally, they must be multilingual with Armenian and English being a must.
